The Rosemania site just says the roses will arrive in good condition. It doesn't say if they are bands, or if they are 1 year old or 2, or what they are grafted to. I admit I only looked through the rose section of the Rosemania site, but as a first time viewer of that site, my impression is that the supplements are the main business and roses are just an extra. It would be better if they had photos of the plants they ship.
Most of the plants I receive from Edmunds are good size 2 year old number one roots. I'm asking if these are that size or better, so you have answered my vaguely worded question. I tip my hat to you.
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
