If you look above the paragraph with that guarantee, Cindi, you'll see that the page is titled "Bare Root Roses." As they don't specify anything different, I'm sure they meet the usual requirements -- grade #1 roses, at least 2 years old, and probably grafted onto Dr. Huey. I remember their roses being quite nice. In fact, if the two Weeks roses they add later look good, I may order from them again this year. I think I'll replace my Ketchup and Mustard. The one I bought from Regan three years ago is still only about 18 inches tall. It resembles a mini, but I know it should be much larger.
