As they don't specify anything different, I'm sure they meet the usual requirements -- grade #1 roses, at least 2 years old, and probably grafted onto Dr. Huey. I remember their roses being quite nice. In fact, if the two Weeks roses they add later look good, I may order from them again this year. I think I'll replace my Ketchup and Mustard. The one I bought from Regan three years ago is still only about 18 inches tall. It resembles a mini, but I know it should be much larger.
