It also depends on which salvia to some extent, though almost all of mine have rooted in water...and I keep them in the kitchen, on a sill or spot with light and no direct sunlight, clean water daily, but yes, the peroxide helps....it's also one of my most 'useful' things...that and echinacea and goldenseal (not for the plants, but for me...lol...)
