Another Skipper, I think the name of this one is 'Least Skipper'.

The flower is on 'Sapphire Showers' a Golden Dew Drop cultivar. Duranta erecta is the scientific name. It's not hardy here but we overwinter it under fluorescent lights in the basement. It's trained as a small tree. Attracts a fair number of pollinators.
Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.
