I know there are lots of people in the southern US who are still harvesting from their gardens, and definitely in other countries -- but here in the frozen north I harvested some scallions from a "low tunnel" and some of the lettuce from my hoophouse -- just in case the low temps we're supposed to get (10-15F for the next week or so, with highs around 30F) completely do all my "cold-hardy" plants in.
