There are just the two of us most of the time. I always cook too much and then have lots of left overs for the next day or the freezer, which is fine with me because I can skip the dinner mess sometimes. We do have lots of dinner guests between our friends and our kids, so I haven't had the chance to get into the "small amounts" cooking mode.
