@Kyla, I use a mix. This is it:

For the oil in it I use coconut oil & it makes it even better than when I used canola or safflower oil.
You see *both* the dh & I have celiac disease & MUST be strict gluten free. Before celiac I used this:

Both are absolutely superb!!!!!!! If one were blindfolded & did a taste test between the 2 you would never know which was the gluten free one. Something I can NOT say for many, many gluten free baked goods. For example, I have tried the Namaste vanilla cake mix & ick! Our own Debra (who does not have to be gluten free) found the Namaste one for me one night when I was lamenting not being able to have the Duncan Hines spice cake anymore.
I will post this too in case there are others who need to be gluten free & are reading this. Brownies.....

OMG! It's out of this world! If you like the brownies using the recipe on the back of the Hershey's cocoa canister then you will love these!!!! I thought the chocolate chips in them would be off putting but you never even notice they are there. I think maybe they put them in to get the texture right. I don't care why really; I just know they are fabulous brownies.
This was another gluten free find told to me by
@Natalie another ATP member who does not have to be gluten free.
It seems my gluten eating ATP friends are better at finding great tasting gluten free goods than celiac friends.
