Of our 42 low water crossings in Austin area, only 36 are still closed! That's progress. There's only been one low water crossing rescue, so far tonight. Some of Austin has had 5" of rain, and it's still falling. Don't know how much we've had, but the armchair quarterbacks will all be out front tomorrow comparing their rain gauges, I'm sure!
