I do have two big compost bins (that you can rock back and forth and they fit on an enclosed narrow box made of the same material as the bin. There are perforations in the bottom of the bin, which fits over this box; so any liquid drains into this container (which has a little spigot. So I get compost tea as well. I do like to use the in place composting as well; because it's quick and easy and in our warmer climate it breaks down very quickly. Constantly trying to amend our very sandy soil (which attracts nematodes). I have a big bag of egg shells I've been saving to add in a day or two - so I'll probably make up a couple of those in place composting smoothies..
