Hurray! We will make sure to schedule some time for it.

I've been checking out the websites everyone has provided and checking the map to see how all these places relate to each other distance wise. I can already see there just won't be enough time!! Driving out will take four days. If we flew that would give us valuable extra time to visit places. But then of course we have the extra expense of renting a vehicle for two whole weeks. That cuts into plant purchases! Grrrr, so many factors to process.

I realized I was wrong on the weekend of the Clackamas County Master Gardener Plant sale. In 2016 it looks like it will be April 30th and May 1st. So we'll have to leave April 22nd and start driving back May 5th, if we hit California first.

There is soooo much great stuff packed in around Portland and Seattle that it may be prudent to cut the California portion of the trip simply to give more quality time. It would be a shame to rush things just for the sake of packing more stuff in. Sorry Bev! But no decisions just yet. A year and a half can change lots of stuff!
