Yay! Sherry. Glad to hear the asparagus won't be sacrificed. Love love love asparagus. Grew up in an area of Michigan that grows huge fields of the stuff. My Dad used to bring home big paper shopping bags filled with asparagus. My mom probably felt like Tom w/his tomatoes getting it blanched and ready to freeze though! Hilarious!
