Welcome Vanessa. I'm not sure who to suggest for species but you could try Linda Sue Barnes at the Perennial Patch in North Carolina. She certainly used to be a source for the species. Contact info is near the bottom of this American Hemerocallis Society Region 15 page:

Gil Stelter in Canada lists a number of species daylilies. They would need a phytosanitary certificate to get across the border but it may not be as expensive as shipping from the US to Canada, at least it didn't used to be. Gil's species on offer are listed here:
