THe tiny dark pink blooms on our 12 foot Tea Tree is a favorite for local Hummers.
Common Name: Tea Tree | Scientific Name: Melaleuca Alternifolia
Family Name: Myrtaceae

I have had 3 hummingbird feeders in my small yard for many years, that are used by Anna's year round. We have the smallest little hummers I have ever seen. We watched her feed for 2 years. Then for the last 3 years she has brought her 2 little ones to the feeder just to show them where SHE eats. The next day she is chasing them away. They sneak back but Misses will chase away her own, as will as the much larger hummers. Her little ones are also very small like her. Course we Love them all. Beth Thumbs up
