I think it would look fine, but the trouble is down the road, depending on how close together you do put them and how good (or bad in my case) your memory is when it comes time to divide the dl and the foliage on the asiatics has already died back... then you risk whacking into your bulbs w the shovel. I am forever cutting into daffs... then I kick myself because of course I knew they were there... But as long as you leave space or mark them you should be fine.
