Marilyn, move them to where they get afternoon shade if you can, and mulch heavily. I would not have nearly the amount of Daylilies that I do if not for the fact that the front yard is shaded during the hottest part of the day. The bloom might be reduced a little, but it will be better for the plant and better for you. Smiling
