Sighing! I'm sorry, but this is definitely not 'Cleopatra' ('Yellow King Humbert' correctly) but it is C. 'Burbank' .. see photo.
There are so many canna that are mislabelled by suppliers/nurseries etc, I hope you don't mind me sending this info .. the photo is from my collection in Australia.
