I'm sorry, but this is definitely not 'Cleopatra' ('Yellow King Humbert' correctly) but it is C. 'Britannia' .. see photo.
There are so many canna that are mislabelled by suppliers/nurseries etc, I hope you don't mind me sending this info .. the photo is from my collection in Australia.

'Britannia' colours may vary (depending on weather conditions), they never look like C. 'Yellow King Humbert' aka 'Cleopatra' (a registered name, not it's original name)
