I have two Tri-color Beach in my front yard. They normally grow to 60 ft. Mine are 10 ft. tall and been that way for over 10 years by pruning top growth off. Every year I trim 2 ft. off the top. My friend's tree purchased the same time is at the 60 ft. level. Way taller than his house planted next to. You would never guess they were purchased the same time.
