Good for you, Donna. I was in private practice for 42 years. My hands played out! I could have dealt with the arthritis but couldn't deal with the "Fiddler's Syndrome" (hand cramps). I had hoped to practice until I was 70'ish, but I saw the writing on the wall, and sold the practice when I was 66. I worked two days a week for the first year, one day a week for another year and then fully retired when I was 68. That was three years ago. Now that I started my "retirement/hobby" business, I no longer miss dentistry.
