My son is the physical-plants manager for a huge mall in Tampa. He basically is in charge of everything except the leasing. That's his exposure to the snow-birds, day after day. I did not know one could "escape" the traffic in Sarasota-Tampa-St. Pete. You sure can't do so on the "dark coast".
