Lots of good information available for seed saving. Check out the forums about seeds here on ATP. Also check the wildflower forum. Lot's of members can toss good information at you for collecting and identifying seeds. You could look at this site which has over 900 images of seeds: http://www.theseedsite.co.uk/s...

Don't know what stores are close to you.
To pack my seeds for sharing I buy small plastic craft bags, 2 inches by 3 inches at A C Moore craft store.
Most craft stores or craft departments may have similar bags; Walmart has them. Of course, it's sometimes easier to just order from an online source.

Learned (the hard way) to NOT put a sticky label on the plastic bags. I find it's better to write/type the info on a paper and place it inside each bag.
@rattlebox was kind enough to send me a template so I could create uniform paper labels.

For very small seeds, or for uncooperative seeds, some folks first fold the seeds into a small piece of paper (like an Origami fold) before putting the seeds into the plastic bags.
