I tip my hat to you. I wanted to add that I had quite a few Anthuriums a few years ago. They were outside during the summer and in a hoop house for our short winters. I noticed they were not thriving a couple of years ago, so I gave them more water and fertilizer. I should have pulled them out and repotted them. Our Texas heat, coupled with the drought, was too much for most of them. I just couldn't keep them watered. I think their roots had outgrown their pots and the water was just "passing through" the pots.
