That's just a great way to re-use those husks/shells. I use just the shells to mount some of my orchids but heck, I have to buy them. The closest coconut tree is probably 250 miles south of me. I got the idea of using the shell when I was visiting an orchid farm in Costa Rica. They grew all their thousands of orchid plants in coconut shells rather than in pots. You have taken it a step further. Way to go! Hurray!
