There is a woman at one of our farmers markets that sells nothing but eggrolls---she always has a line 10 people deep waiting to order (people buy dozens at a time). In the winter, she has occasional times when she takes orders (by the dozen) and you have to get in your order ASAP because she sells out so fast! Amazing.
