I have one of those, I purchased at Lowe's. It worked fine for years but last year one very smart and athletic squirrel was able to jump from the ground grab the feeder with one paw between the glass and the roof, hang upside down allowing him to keep his weight off the bar that closes the feeder and eat his fill of seeds. I stopped putting seeds in the feeder later because the little birds were attracting snakes. I have a suspicion that the other squirrels would soon have learned that trick, if they had the ability to jump that high.
