Thanks guys. Its been a lot of fun watching these hawks interact with each other.
I think these hawks have been raising their young in the neighborhood ever since we moved in.
I always thought somebody across the wash from us had a group of parrots that they would stick on the back porch during the summer months.
After putting two and two together I do believe somebody had a parrot over there but has moved out recently but in previous years the hawks raised their youngster over in that area, I never did see them expect when they would do a fly-by but never saw them together and there were times you could tell the parrot was mimicking the hawks.
When the hawks and that parrot would start squawking you could hear them inside the house. LOL
And that was across a wash and down several houses. About two football fields away. The parrot is by far the noisier one of the group.
Yesterday afternoon was the first time I've seen the two adults together with the squawking young one.
Actually they have all been squawking at each other. What a grumpy family. LOL
I think they have all become very fond of my pond and have moved down to my area and everyday I catch one of them hanging out fishing, bathing, or drinking.

I've been keeping the cats inside since these guys have arrived.
They don’t go outside without us being there with them anyways but now that the hawks are here they stay inside.
