I've had such success in pest control in the GH this year, and I attribute it all to the no pest strip. I usually move flowering plants to the house so we and our guest can enjoy them more. This year, however 2 of my fav orchids were infested (aphids) after being brought in, so they were isolated and treated with Bonide systemic for a couple of days before returning them to the GH. I'll probably use this every year till it's abused enough, or urban legend has it restricted for use. That is what usually happens to pesticides. In the 70s and 80s guys used to pour chlorodane over foundations, rather than in or inside them. Next it showed up in ground samples, with excessive levels, then banned. Pesticides require thought, please don't use them indiscriminately.
