@eric4home have you ever used Murphy's Oil Soap on plants? I can't get rid of those tiny flies that are living in the soil in all of the plants in my GH. I found a "recipe" on line that said 2 T Murphy's Oil Soap, 1/2 cup rubbing alcohol and a sprayer of water. I mixed it up - but I was sort of scared to use 1/2 cup alcohol so I used 2 TBSP. I've sprayed all the plants in there. Hopefully it works.

I did put out two yellow lids with sugar syrup and I've been catching a lot of them in that. But I'm concerned about what kind of flies they are and whether they are the reason my plants are growing so slowly.
