This one is Echeveria 'Sleepy'...love that name
But certainly sleepy no more...Sleepy getting taller, I guess wants more sun, the spot it is on gets more part shade, but during winter, when the city trees are dormant, it gets more sun later..it seems happy, making new new offsets too:
