Welcome to the Amaryllis forum, You can support the leaves with a plant stake or tie them up loosely, so all can get light. It doesn't hurt the leaves to fall over, as long as the bulb isn't wobbly. Staking the leaves is done as much to support the bulb, until it is well rooted, as it is done to support the leaves. Are you using a "grow" light. If not, you might do better putting the plant on a windowsill where it get sunlight, as much as possible right now. Its hard to really know what's happening without a photo. Given the information you posted, the bulb is probably doing OK. Some bulbs bloom before they put up leaves. Some bulbs put up leaves before they bloom. Depends on the particular cultivar. There are some excellent "how to" articles on last week's ATP's Celebrating Amaryllis newsletter.
