Even in cold weather, I'm seeing more green pips each day. Some of last years Tulips are looking like they will return, and lots of new ones are showing. After several years of not adding bulbs, I'm so glad I've planted plenty the last couple of years- it's been the best incentive for me to tidy up beds in fall and have everything ready in spring for the show.
