Can't really say Fiat. Sometimes some cultivars are just faster to grow. It would be a nice experiment next time though, to see if both had been planted at exactly the same time, with different methods, same temperature range, same location of planting, same time of the year etc. That way we can try and narrow down variables that affect the growth. You also have to consider if that bulb has previously bloomed prior to being sold.

To me, as long as they do bloom and grow am happy with it...it would be extremely disappointing if the bulb does not yield anything.
