John of Fiesta Growers had French Tarragon at the St Phillips market Sunday. I don't have any way to get it to you but maybe someone can pick some up and take to the swap. Susie, it only starts from root cuttings. Does not grow from seed. The Mexican Tarragon is just not the same.
