Linda, I think that pretty one's a Peperomia, either tricolor species or clusiifolia 'Tricolor' cultivar. They look exactly alike to me, from pics I've seen. A succulent, that would not prefer to be moist all of the time. If it droops too often though, the older leaves can fall off before they would otherwise.
