I am growing several herbs now, since someone from DG Texas gardening convinced me that herbs are great and easy in hot dry climates and not funny about soil, so much, in many cases.

I have several herbs growing, the ones that are going nuts are my Cat Mints. Pink Rosemary, chili varieties, cilantro from seed, chocolate mint, fennel. Maybe a couple of others. I lost one already, but can not remember what it was, but it is fussy, I heard.
