Well, we just finished dinner. It got toned down to meat and a loaf of homemade (about an hour before dinner) artisan bread brushed with garlic olive oil and sprinkled with parmesan. I bought a rump roast as I thought it looked leaner. Cooked in my dutch oven for two hours. It was pretty dry on the more slender ends, very pink and juicy in the center. Not a tender cut by any means. I cut it against the grain as thin as possible. We decided to throw it into the slow cooker ajus and all. I made a sandwich out of it and it was really tasty. I really wish I had one of those meat slicers so you could get a nice uniformly thin slice, bread or meat. Maybe tomorrow I will make the potatoes and corn and have left overs. No way it will go to waste. Or waist either. Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing
