My mini-Cym was outdoors in Fall two years ago I think, when it started the bloom spike, then I had to bring it indoors because there was a nasty bug that ate one of the buds, luckily it did not outright hurt the spike. It would need a little more sun than the Clivia, so hopefully you can place it by your most sunniest window.
