Wow that is great to get so many peaches! I just bought some on a trip to Texas. Mine here in NM froze this year. They are my favorite. I prefer to use ascorbic acid (sometimes called Fruit Fresh) that I buy at the grocery or Walmart to make a syrup to freeze my peaches in. They don't brown and taste really good that way.
