"Winter precipitation" for the Houston area on Wednesday?! And lows near 31ยบ?! Say it ain't so!!! The Weathermen have missed the mark quite a few times making Weather Drama here. I hope this time they are wrong, wrong, wrong. It's going to be another big job to get everything protected again. Phew!
