Redneck outdoor kitchen open again at the farm. Last week I put up 20 quarts of applesauce and I have another 20 going here. I decided to take a page out of McP's book and bartered last weeks applesauce for elk meat, croppie, brown trout, and cat fish. Tomorrow is apple butter and apple pie filling day.
