Pat, have your scapes survived the cold? I cut the scapes from earlier this month and last month because I didn't think they would perform as they should. Hoping to keep the plant from expending unnecessary energy this early in the year. Usually I have the first bloom by about the third week of March. If the weather improves, hopefully we'll be back on schedule. Good luck!
