I got Early Scout 2 falls ago, it bloomed last spring! Good choice, it's really pretty. Got Vanilla Raspberry Swirl last fall, hope it blooms this spring. I really like the cactus dahlia bloom type, so unique. I have Circus Circus and Raspberry Rumba, those bloom well, too. The flowers are smaller than most of the ones I really love but they're so unusual for peonies. They look really pretty in a mixed peony bouquet with doubles since the flower form is so different. The colors coordinate so well with lots of different solid color blooms.
