We are looking at a property that has a pond and river. The visible rocks and water seem to have a lot of algae but the fish we can see seem to be o.k. I know absolutely nothing about a pond or maintenance. Is this normal? I know in my swimming pool that would be a major problem.
The owner said all she has to do is change the filter in the winter. She said the pond will be completely covered with lily blooms later.
