Where is this located? Is it in full sun? Shade? Are there a lot of trees near it? Can you see debris in the bottom? Is it fed by the river? On well water? How many gallons?
Unless it is a naturally occuring pond, you may be in for a lot of maintenance....worth it but a lot of work depending on the size
