Lynn, you may have made that note and I just forgot. Not the first time, I'll grant you! Whistling Just out of curiosity, what causes the sterility? Offhand, the only hybrid animal that comes to mind is the mule, a crossbreed between horse and donkey. Surely this little 'guy' lovebird is all lovebird. No? I sorta feel bad for the blue baby. Apparently, she raised a brood while in captivity after she was stolen. She was the only blue in that 'aviary' (if you could call it that); most of the rest were peachfaces with one bright yellow and lots of what I'd call dilute torties if they were cats.
