Not quite greenhouse related, but another reason I am glad to live in the south.
Our super-duper mailman delivered all my next-door neighbor's mail to me. Seeing every piece of mail was meant for them, and being a good neighbor, I walked out the front door and then down the grassy slope to the street to deliver his mail. I never made it to the street. I have a wet butt. I should have made one of those snow-angels while on my back! I just hope the neighbors didn't see me making a fool of myself.
