The bushes look a bit stressed but it's the blooms that really suffer. As soon as they start to open, they start to curl around the edges and get an ugly brown.

I have a forest of sunflowers on the west side that shades the closest ones. I was thinking of putting up some poles and using 50% white shadecloth. It may not be worth the trouble though.
