Sounds like a good idea.
Le Seuer just means The Sir in French. I was being facetious, as usual. He lived from the late 1500s into the 1600s, so my guess for first rose is in the 1600s.
Hope I'm wrong, otherwise I'm going to have to think hard to come up with a good question.
