Yes, for me any new growth is a joy to see with orchids..they do their growth cycle differently, resting after it blooms..for as long as it wants. Then when it is ready, it will start waking up to grow again new parts..and hopefully the flower spike.

The thing I really like about Phals, their blooms may last up to 6 months indoors, so it sure takes its time to rest afterwards. Big Grin
