Sometimes that last scape is very slow to show itself. My Pretty Nymph is doing exactly the same thing. I thought that it was finished 8 weeks ago and sort of forgot about it: Its outside waiting to go in its permanent spot. Yesterday I noticed the tip of a new scape just poking up, even though it still has no leaves or roots. I hope your new "Samba" turns out to be really Samba, since it looks great!
